Born X Raised offers a 14-day window for returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging to ensure the highest quality for our community. Please note that all collaborative releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
